Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow uses yoga sequences that connect the breath to movement. The class combines poses that create a full body workout, creating heat in the body and building muscle and flexibility. This practice becomes a meditation through movement, connecting the mind and body, creating strength and fluidity. All levels welcome!

 

Energizing Morning Flow

Our Energizing Morning Flow is a Vinyasa flow style class. Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that connects movement with the breath. The class is designed to create heat in the body, building muscle and also connecting your mind and your body. This class is the perfect way to start your day with intention and movement. We use sequences that include sun salutations, stretches, seated and standing poses, and end with a short meditation. Each class varies with different music, themes, and movement. All levels welcome!

Restorative Yoga w/ sound bath

Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga meant to bring stillness and calm. This class combines both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga stretches and postures, held for long periods of time while utilizing calming breath work. The class targets the deep connective tissues to increase flexibility, encourage joint health, and muscle relaxation. Class is concluded with a sound healing meditation using crystal singing bowls. All levels welcome!

Gentle Yoga Flow

This class is perfect for all levels and is a great place to start if you are new to yoga! Combining both Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, this class fluidly moves you through the poses, connecting the movement to the breath. The class will consist of slow, mindful sequences like sun salutations, combined with long held stretches. This class is gentle and relaxing and meant to bring a sense of calm and relief. Some classes will utilize sound healing and breath work to aid in meditation and relaxation. All levels welcome!
