The Deep Unwind

Welcome to a space where you can rest + reconnect your mind and body. A space to breathe deeply. A space to explore your inner landscape. Here you’ll spend 45 minutes unwinding with a slow, accessible flow of postures and deep stretches steeped in mindfulness. Then you’ll be guided in accessible meditation and breath techniques that will leave you nourished from the inside out.

This is the space that is all about creating You Time. A place to work on your Self with the transformative tools of yoga and to learn how to cultivate a mindset that empowers and uplifts you. This is yoga at a moderate pace, focused on how to build strength, refine your postural alignment and encourage flexibility with great awareness. We'll always focus on mindfulness, practice deep and even breathing... all to nurture a calm and energized mind and get you feeling right. Great for all levels, but not appropriate for absolute beginners.
