Welcome to a space where you can rest + reconnect your mind and body. A space to breathe deeply. A space to explore your inner landscape. Here you’ll spend 45 minutes unwinding with a slow, accessible flow of postures and deep stretches steeped in mindfulness. Then you’ll be guided in accessible meditation and breath techniques that will leave you nourished from the inside out.  (formerly titled "Gentle Yoga + Meditation")

Yoga at a moderate pace, focused on how to build strength, refine your postural alignment and encourage flexibility with great awareness. Promotes deep and even breathing, calms the mind and opens the heart. Great for all levels, but not appropriate for absolute beginners.
